HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All orders are sent using Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed For service and dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed. However, this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods or sale events.
If you purchased a 'Made To Order' item, then this will be shipped after the product has been made.

MY SIZE HAS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
We currently only stock Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. When a particular size has sold out, we aim to get it back in stock within two weeks but this isn't always guaranteed. If you have any questions, please visit our Contact page to get in touch.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS & WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order for a full refund, with all tags still intact and no visible signs of wear - if this is the case, we will send the item back to you in the condition we received it.
We accept no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged being returned to us, we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
CAN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?
Sale items or items used with a discount code can only be returned in exchange for store credit (our Returns Policy still applies).
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

If you did not purchase through PayPal, then your return shipping costs must be covered by you. However, if your item is faulty, this is the only instance in which your return shipping costs will be refunded.
